GENERAL INFO

Tickets/Registration

When you registered for Encounter 2023, you received your ticket(s) via email from us. If you do not have a e-ticket or have any other ticket issues, please contact info@encountercon.com before you arrive. Please have your tickets visible prior to  admission to Encounter 2023 at conference venue. Tickets will be scanned upon arrival, and each individual entering will need to present a unique ticket to enter the venue. Encounter 2023 Door Holders will be in the main lobby of the venue to go over any ticketing issues.

Arrival

Main gate at conference venue will open 1 HOUR prior to start of events on all days/nights. Parking lot will be available at a first come, first serve basis.  

Seating

All seating with in the main auditorium is at a first come, first serve basis. There will be no reserved seats for general admission.
**Some seats will be reserved for speakers and worship team personnel. 

BAG POLICY

To ensure the safety of our attendees, speakers, and worship leaders, ALL persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item and to deal with any unattended object, bag or luggage in such a way we consider appropriate. A no bag check in line will be available. We suggest leaving all bags and personal belongings in your vehicle.
Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind or prohibited.

credentials

You will receive  your Encounter 2023 credential (wristband)  once your ticket is scanned. You must wear your credentials to ALL of the Sessions, and it must be visible at all times. Your credential will be scanned and is required for access to Encounter 2023. If you are not able to present your credential upon arrival, you will not be allowed to enter and will be directed to the Encounter 2023 help desk for assistance.

exit and reentry

Exit and Reentry is limited during the sessions and is at the discretion of the venue staff. Attendees can also leave the venue if they choose, but seating locations cannot be saved should they leave. All attendees will be subject to security check and credential scan to reenter.

food & drinks

Due to venue policy, no food or drinks will be allowed in any of the sessions. Dinners will be provided during the evening sessions as well as light snacks through the day sessions. A  food truck option will be available as well. CASH ONLY!

During the PM  breaks attendees will not be required to leave the venue, as we have arranged for food trucks and other options to be available.   Attendees can also leave the venue if they choose, but seating and parking locations cannot be saved should they leave. All attendees will be subject to security check and credential scan to reenter. CASH ONLY!

camera policy

Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, and video or audio recordings during Main Sessions are not allowed at Encounter 2023. Per venue policy, no selfie sticks or GoPro cameras are allowed in the main auditorium. Photos, audio and video captured by our team during Encounter 2023 are the exclusive property of Encounter Conferences and its designees and may be used in future resources, recordings, DVD, print and web media. Conference attendance is an expression of the individual release of rights for such use.

help desk

Attendees with ticket or credential issues will be directed to the  Encounter 2023  Help Desk for assistance. Main Help Desk is located in the main lobby of the auditorium.

lost and found

Lost and found will be collected and handled by our Encounter 2023  staff. Please visit the Encounter 2023  help desk to connect with our staff about lost and found items.

parking

Parking is at a first come, first serve basis. There will be no reserved parking. Parking lot will open ONE hour prior to start times
